Great location, beautiful views, helpful staff, good Wi-Fi, excellent bird watching nearby, nice breakfast.

The hotel is of particular interest to birdwatchers and has an ideal location overlooking the lagoons on the edge of the Donana National Park.

Showering facilities are difficult for disabled guests. Showers are over the small bath which is difficult to access for anyone with mobility problems. So far as I am aware there are no rooms with easy access showers.

Room, relaxed attitude of staff.

No vegetarian food on the menu! However, staff were able to produce meals for the rest of the stay after being alerted to the problem.

My room was neat with a half bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff was attentive. The hotel was in a great location right by a park and a lake. Also, the area was nice.

Fantastic location overlooking the beautiful lake. Rooms are cozy and clean with great views. The nearby restaurant, Toruno, serves delicious food. Helpful and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Perfect place for birdwatching and exploring Donana National Park. highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about, do recommend this place. Well-organized place, it has caring staff at the reception desk. The breakfasts are good with variety of options. The hotel boasts remote location in an amazing area. There is restaurant Las Sabinas Cafe Bar, set 300 metres walk away.

The rooms are all based on birds with painted tiles and pictures giving it that personal touch. The heating and air-con was great and the hot water hot. It backs on to the lake next to El Rocio and so some rooms have lovely views through the big full length doors. The restaurant across the road is excellent with fantastic service and great food. A lovely place to stay and the town itself is rather different. It´s right next to Doñana National Park and a great location for visiting the area.

We were there in December during a bad period of weather and El Rocio being unpaved was a bit crazy for driving in. The rooms were a bit small, but cosy all the same, and you could hear people walking in the corridors.

Bird life absolutely amazing with great views overlooking the water. The restaurant was so close with choices for breakfast and meals. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay for a business trip. Very caring, attentive staff towards all guests. Reasonably large & functional rooms with a lovely view, fabulous views, for instance. Satisfactory breakfast, good food choice. Incredible location in front of the lagoon. Based right by the wildlife, quirky El Rocio, and the Rocio lake.

The breakfast was nice basic, we would come here again. They gave us a spacious and huge room with good shower and a good view. The location was marvellous, you can visit Virgen del Rocio Church by walking. The hotel was set in a great area...

The value for money at Restaurante Toruno was excellent, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was superb, with a unique Wild West character and a beautiful view of the lagoon from the rooms.

The morning meal could have been improved by giving more attention to the guests, rather than being overly focused on cleaning and putting away cutlery.

The decor - the tiled scenes in public and bedrooms. Proximity to El Rocio lagoon (it is a shame it had dried up) and Coto de Donana Proximity to excellent birdwatching sites.

Noisy youngsters outside my bedroom until 4.30am Bright street lights shining into the room. (These are not complaints but the problems should be sorted out).

The food was fabulous - a lot of options. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Virgin of el Rocio. The most important was the staff - helpful and excellent people.

We had a great experience at Restaurante Toruno. The location was perfect, close to everything El Rocio has to offer. The picnic Spanish breakfast was a nice touch for our early morning outings. The restaurant served delicious charbroiled pork loin and had an extensive menu. The hotel itself had beautiful tile murals and the rooms offered views of a lagoon with flamingos and other wildlife.

Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted. 🌟
